On 4 March 2025, the National Public Prosecutor appointed a new scientific board for the Military Law Review.
The National Public Prosecutor appointed Dr Krzysztof Mucha, assistant professor, acting head of the Department of Human Rights and Forensic Science at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Opole in Opole, to the Scientific Council of the ‘Military Legal Review’.
The National Public Prosecutor is the Chairman of the Board.
The journal was published from March 1928 until the outbreak of World War II. In 1945, after the end of the war, the publication of the periodical was resumed. Until 2016, the legal journal was published by the Chief Military Prosecutor’s Office. Currently, the journal is published by the National Prosecutor’s Office.
‘Wojskowy Przegląd Prawniczy’ is a magazine that publishes materials on law and military affairs, serving to broaden the knowledge of prosecutors and employees of the prosecutor’s office, as well as representatives of other legal professions, and to shape the proper practice of applying the law.
