On November 22, 2024, in Warsaw at the Intercontinental Hotel, Dr. Piotr Stanislawiszyn and Dr. Rafal Chybinski from the INP Department of Financial and Economic Law, together with a group of students and seminarians Hanna Salera, Anna Kubis, Vanessa Kolodziej, Aleksandra Pientka and Alan Fabian, Blazej Szulc, Jakub Leletko and Jakub Kozicki participated in the 16th INSO Congress. INSO Congress – Insolvency and Restructuring Law Section of the Allerhand Institute on “Best Practices in Insolvency and Restructuring Proceedings”.
It is the largest event in the insolvency law industry in Poland. This year’s Congress was unique and record-breaking in many respects, with an attendance record of over 320 people.
After Dr Piotr Stanislawszyn, Chairman of the Presidium of the INSO Section of the Allerhand Institute in Krakow, opened the Congress, the deliberations took place in four discussion panels. Interesting lectures and talks continued into the evening and the behind-the-scenes discussions and conversations at the congress and banquet showed no sign of ending.
The highlight of this year’s Congress was the presentation of the annual Maurice Allerhand Award to Professor, an outstanding figure. dr hab. Fryderyka Zolla.
