We are thrilled to share that Ms. Kornelia Mazur, a student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Opole, has been awarded 3rd place in the 27th edition of the nationwide competition for the best master’s theses in commercial law, organized by Wolters Kluwer Polska and the editorial board of the journal “Przegląd Prawa Handlowego”.
The awarded thesis, titled “Conversion of Court Proceedings into Arbitration Proceedings”, was written under the academic supervision of Dr. Tomasz Tomczak. .
